With a combined experience spanning four continents, the Melios team is made up of highly qualified multinational professionals who honed their skills working and consulting for Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.
Seyi is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience cutting across energy, IT and financial technology industries. He is a Founding Partner of Melios Ltd, and a Director and Co-founder of Nest an integrated business and financial services platform.
With a background in software engineering and practical hands-on finesse in technical and enterprise risk, finance and business strategy development acquired over a decade, He provides much needed strategic and innovative focus that drives growth in Melios.
He is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET). Education: University of West Midland (MSc.); Bristol University (B.Eng).
Tayo has over 20 years professional experience traversing most sectors of the oil and gas industry and stints in manufacturing, and in banking in the early years of his career where he worked as a local currency trader.
As Principal Partner and with a breadth of expertise encompassing risk management, finance, leadership, and innovation focused mindset gained while working in some of the largest and most established multinational energy companies including Shell, Marathon Oil, Amec/ Worley and DNV over several continents, he superintends Melios overall business.
He is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers and a registered Professional Process Safety Engineer. Education: University of Aberdeen (MSc), FUTMinna (B.Eng.).
Manager (Operations & HR)
As a talented and pragmatic professional, she has administered Melios operations and HR functions since joining the company developing and implementing cost-saving, timely and expedient best practice business solutions.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Education: University of Lagos (MILR); Lagos State University (BSc) – First Class.
Engineering Team Lead
Joannah is a first class engineering graduate with extensive oilfield service experience acquired with Schlumberger prior to joining Melios Ltd in 2018.
With strong analytical, management, and leadership skills acquired over nearly a decade, she oversees the Melios engineering team providing mentorship, guidance and supervision ensuring continuous delivery of quality work across all Melios offerings.
Education: Covenant University (B.Eng) – First Class; NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety.
Manager (Business Development)
Chinma is a Strategy and Business Development professional with over 10 years’ experience serving B2C and B2B customers across real estate development and oil and gas industries.
She is currently responsible for services and product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, training organisation and partner management including collecting and prioritizing product and client requirements, driving the product vision, and working closely with the Management and Operations department to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
She has an MBA from Hult International Business School, Cambridge Massachusetts.
Gbadebo’s professional experience spans the automotive industry where he worked as a Product Engineer, and the oil and gas industry where he works as a Project Lead/Technical Safety Engineer.
A certified project management professional and astute mechanical engineer, he oversees major projects, supervising team of engineers and ensuring timely, fit for purpose quality delivery.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
