Project: Qua Iboe Terminal (QIT) Operations Safety Case and Supporting Safety Studies

Summary

Melios was contracted to produce an Operations Safety Case (OSC) and supporting safety studies which comprised of Hazard Identification, Bowtie Assessment, and SCE Performance Standards.

Melios conducted a site visit, facilitated the HAZID and Bowtie Assessment workshops, produced the SCE Performance Standard and developed the Operations Safety Case for the QIT. The Safety Case was subsequently submitted to the regulators and approved. Our experience across a wide range of MAH facilities was invaluable in demonstrating that risks are well understood, and the adequacy of safeguards.

The proficiency demonstrated by Melios throughout the project was acknowledged and reflected in the excellent rating across all service delivery metrics.
