Summary

The Kalaekule Re-entry (Extended Well Test) project involved a Hazard identification and risk assessment for the Extended Well Testing (EWT) operations for OML 72 Kalaekule Field re-entry campaign activities.

Melios personnel chaired the HAZID workshop to identify potential hazards and safeguards to reduce risk exposure during Extended Well Test operations.

The Kalaekule field Integrated project involved a SIL assessment. Melios conducted the SIL assessment for the facilities in the field using LOPA methodology. Melios pragmatic approach enabled was acknowledged and recognised by the client.
